Refund Policy

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where MKT Rugs authorizes a return for defective products.

Returns

Buyers must pay for return shipping. After inspection, refunds may take 30–90 days to process.

Cancellations

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Exceptional cancellations may incur a 30% fee. Custom orders are non-cancellable.
